Refund Policy

Everything sold on 坤调姬 is digital and arrives as soon as your USDT or USDC payment is confirmed on the blockchain (TRON for USDT, Ethereum for USDC): credits land on your account and VIP starts at once. For that reason purchases are normally final. We make it right in these cases:

• Your payment went through but nothing arrived. If an hour after the transfer was confirmed you still have no credits or VIP, email [email protected] with the amount, the time and the transaction hash. We look it up and either deliver what you bought or send the money back.
• You sent a different amount. A transfer that does not match an order is not lost: we hold it, and on request we credit it to your account or return it.
• You paid twice for one order. The second payment is returned in full.
• A fault on our side stopped you from using what you paid for: we refund the part you could not use, or extend your VIP by the time you lost.

Refunds go back in the coin and on the network of the payment (USDT on TRC20 or USDC on Ethereum) to the address it came from, less the network fee, within 7 days of our answer. A payment sent on a network other than the one shown at checkout (for example USDT on ERC20) cannot be matched automatically; write to us and we will help where we can. Credits you have spent and VIP days you have used are not refunded, and neither are accounts closed for breaking the Terms.

VIP is paid once and does not renew, so there is never anything to cancel. Questions about a payment: [email protected] (Chinese or English).
